All laptops sold by AG Laptops come with a 1-year replacement warranty. This covers functional defects and hardware faults, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, technical faults, and hardware failures. Within the first 3 months, you can request a replacement or exchange for any performance-related issue. From 3 to 12 months, coverage applies to confirmed hardware or technical faults only. Physical damage caused by the customer is not covered.

No. AG Laptops covers all delivery and service charges for approved warranty replacements and exchanges. There is no cost to you.

Yes. If a replacement of the same model is not available, or if you prefer a different model, we offer an exchange with another available model at no extra cost, subject to availability and warranty eligibility.

Yes, we deliver across the UAE including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery timelines may vary by location and product availability.

Delivery timelines are estimated and depend on your location and stock availability. In most cases, orders within Dubai and Sharjah are delivered within 1–3 business days. Other emirates may take slightly longer. Contact us for a more precise estimate for your area.

Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery. If the laptop is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 24–48 hours with clear photo or video proof. Our team will arrange a free replacement or exchange promptly.

No. Tabby’s service and transaction fees are non-refundable. For example, if your order is AED 100 and Tabby charged AED 5, your refund would be AED 95. This is why we recommend considering an exchange instead of a refund where possible to avoid losing the Tabby fee.

Yes. All payments on our website are processed through secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. AG Laptops does not store your card or banking details at any point.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind on electronic items, in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law. Returns are only accepted if the item has a manufacturing defect or is not as described at the time of purchase.

Under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 24 of 2006), refunds on electronics are not mandatory unless: (1) the item is not as described, or (2) the seller fails to repair or replace a faulty product within a reasonable time. AG Laptops honors replacements and exchanges for all defective products within the warranty period.

If a refund is approved, it may take 7–14 business days to be processed, depending on your payment method, bank, or Tabby’s processing timeline. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated on our end.

If the exact model is not available, we will offer you an exchange with an equivalent or comparable model. In rare cases where no suitable alternative exists, we will work with you to find the best resolution possible.
