1. Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on any electronic items, including used laptops, in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations.
- Electronic items without manufacturing defects are not eligible for return under UAE law.
- Products sold as “used” or “refurbished” are covered under the specific warranty terms provided at the time of purchase.
2. Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your item upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately.
- Provide photo or video proof within 24-48 hours of receiving the item.
- Our support team will evaluate the issue and provide a free replacement or exchange as per our policy.
3. Exchange & Replacement Policy
- All products come with a 1-year replacement warranty.
- Within the warranty period, if the product has a functional defect, the customer is entitled to:
- A free replacement of the same item, or
- An exchange with another available model at no extra cost.
- No delivery or service charges apply for replacements or exchanges.
Timeline for Replacement or Exchange:
- Within 3 months: Customer can replace or exchange the item for any performance-related or defect issues.
- Up to 12 months: Only for technical faults or hardware issues covered under warranty.
4. Important Notes (UAE Electronics & Used Item Policy)
- As per UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 24 of 2006) and updates by the Ministry of Economy, sellers must provide clear warranty terms and honor replacements for defective products.
- Refunds are not required for electronics unless:
- The item is not as described, or
- The seller fails to repair or replace a faulty product within a reasonable time.
5. Tabby Refund Policy
Refund Process:
- If paid using Tabby and your refund request is approved, we will notify Tabby to process the refund.
- Refunds are issued through your Tabby account or original payment method.
Non-Refundable Fees:
- Tabby’s service/transaction fee is non-refundable.
- Example: If your order is AED 100 and Tabby charges AED 5, your refund will be AED 95.
Processing Time:
- Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on Tabby and your bank/card provider.
Exchanges:
- Where possible, we encourage product exchanges instead of refunds to avoid non-refundable charges.
