• Used or refurbished laptops are sold as-is but come with the specified warranty terms.

3 Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed online via our website or in-store.
• Payment methods include credit/debit card, Tabby, and other available options.
• By completing a purchase, you authorise AG Laptops to charge your selected payment method.
• All payments are subject to the respective payment gateway and Tabby terms, including any non-refundable fees.

4 Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location and product availability.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery.
• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 24–48 hours with supporting photo or video proof.

5 Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Returns: Per UAE Consumer Protection Law, used and electronic items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item is not as described.

Exchanges & Replacement: All products come with a 1-year replacement warranty. Customers may request:

• Free replacement of the same item, or
• Exchange with another available model.

No delivery or service charges apply for approved replacements or exchanges.

6 Limitation of Liability

• AG Laptops is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
• Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
